The inbox lists every chat, newest first. Pick Instagram and the list narrows to chats from there. It works well on a phone, so whoever replies on the move does not need a laptop.
One buyer, one card.
Next to the chat is the buyer's card: name, number, chat history, the product they asked about, and where they came from. Anyone on the team who opens the chat knows the story, so nobody has to ask who answered this earlier.
Reply with text, photos, or files.
Send a PDF brochure or a photo of a unit straight from the inbox. Answers you give often, like survey hours or how to pay the down payment, are saved as templates so nobody retypes them.

Unread chats are marked. Chats the AI assistant is handling carry an “AI handling” label. From the list alone you know which ones can wait and which need your team.
Good to know
- Instagram and Facebook only let you reply for a limited time after the buyer's last message, usually 24 hours. That is Meta's rule, not ours. When the time has passed, the reply screen tells you.
- Threads has no inbox here, because Threads does not open DMs.

Can I reply to Instagram and Facebook chats from MauKirim?
Yes. Connect your professional Instagram account and Facebook Page through Meta's permissions. DMs and Messenger then arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp.
Why are Instagram and Facebook limited to 24 hours?
Meta sets the rule. A business may reply within a set window after the person's last message, usually 24 hours. It applies in every tool, not just MauKirim.
Can I search old chats?
You can search by name or number. Chat text is stored encrypted, so searching for words inside chats is not available.
