Leads
No more noting down who is just asking and who is ready to close.
Every chat is read and given a status automatically. You open the list and chase the ones closest to buying.
Product screens are in Indonesian and show sample data.
You can see how far along they are.
There are three stages: just asking, serious, and ready to buy. Inside the product they are called New, Warm, and Hot. You write the rules for moving between them in plain language, for example “if they ask about the down payment and installments, they are serious”. You can also set a stage by hand, and the AI respects your choice.

You can see where they came from.
Instagram, Facebook, or a friend's referral. Different spellings such as “IG”, “Instagrm”, or “fb” count as one source. The product they asked about is recorded too, even when the buyer uses another name for it, as long as you registered that nickname.

You can see who holds the lead.
Chats nobody holds can be shared evenly: each one goes to the salesperson holding the fewest at that moment. Salespeople can also take or release a chat themselves.
The first message is routed straight away.
A buyer who opens with “I found Cluster Jade on Instagram” is sent to the right product and salesperson. You can set these rules per number or account.
Good to know
- The AI assigns stages from the chat and your rules, so it can get one wrong. Salespeople can always change a stage.
- A stage you set by hand is not overwritten by the AI until you hand it back to automatic.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a contact and a lead?
A contact is anyone who has chatted with you or whom you imported from Excel. A lead is a contact in the middle of buying, with a stage, a source, and an owner.
Do the stage rules need code?
No. You enter the words buyers tend to say and the stage to move to. There is also a dry run that writes nothing, so you can see where a lead would move.
